SYNC Fitness and Wellness LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates the Body Evolution program and related registration, checkout, and coaching pages. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

  • Contact information you provide when registering for the masterclass, joining our email list, or purchasing the program (name, email, phone number).
  • Payment information processed by Stripe at checkout. We do not store your full card number ourselves — Stripe handles and stores payment data under its own security standards.
  • Health and wellness information you may voluntarily share during coaching calls or in program materials (for example, goals, injuries, or lifestyle context). This information is used only to inform your coaching and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • Usage data from our website and ads, such as pages visited and ad interactions, collected through standard analytics and advertising pixels (for example, the Meta and LinkedIn tracking pixels used for our ad campaigns).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: deliver the program and coaching you've purchased; send registration, onboarding, and program-related communications; process payments; improve our marketing and content; and respond to your questions.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with third-party platforms to run our business, including GoHighLevel (our website, funnel, and email/SMS platform), Stripe (payment processing), and Meta and LinkedIn (advertising). These providers process data under their own privacy policies and security practices.

4. Health Information Note Attorney review

We are not a healthcare provider, and information you share with us is not protected health information under HIPAA. We nonetheless treat anything you share about your health or wellness as confidential and use it only to support your coaching experience.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the program, comply with legal obligations, and maintain business records, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

7. Children's Privacy

Body Evolution is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
